Kennesaw State Softball 2026 & 2027 Elite Prospect Camp

Date: Thursday, November 6, 2025

Location: Bailey Park - Kennesaw, GA

At Kennesaw State Softball, we’re committed to developing complete competitors who embody focus, preparation, and passion. Our Elite Prospect Camp gives high-level athletes from the 2026 and 2027 graduating classes an inside look at what it takes to compete in a Division I environment — the same drills, expectations, and energy that drive our program daily.

This camp is designed to provide elite instruction to elevate your game. Athletes will receive position-specific coaching from KSU staff and current Owl players. Each session emphasizes detail, feedback, and exposure to the Kennesaw State Softball culture.

Session 1: Pitching & Catching

  • Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Cost: $75 per athlete
  • Limited to 12 pitchers and 12 catchers

This small-group session offers direct instruction and evaluation from KSU coaches in a competitive training environment.
Pitchers will work through mound progressions focused on movement, command, and composure.
Catchers will refine receiving, blocking, and transfer mechanics while working live with pitchers.
The session concludes with live reps and immediate coach feedback to mirror the development process used in our program.

Session 2: Defensive & Offensive Work

  • Time: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Cost: $100 per athlete
  • Limited to 30 total players

Athletes will rotate through defensive and offensive stations designed around Division I fundamentals and game-speed execution.
Defensive work includes footwork, range, and throw accuracy under pressure.
Offensive work covers swing sequencing, approach development, and situational hitting.
Each player will be evaluated on technical ability, competitiveness, and game awareness.

These camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and gender).
